Do not use this website or use our services if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

• Fare Republic Limited is a company incorporated within India and established under the laws of India with its major goal of providing travel-related services to its clients through its website, retail outlets as well as through its call-centers.

• Fare Republic is the facilitator of various services offered by the third party vendors. The services include providing travel related information, availability of prices, and reservations for airlines, hotels, holiday packages, adventure activities and car rentals across India and abroad.

• All Fare Republic services are subject to the terms of this User Agreement. In addition to this User Agreement and in accordance with the services selected by the user, the user is required to read and agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions for each service, which Fare Republic may update or modify from time to time. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this User Agreement and T&C, the rules of T&C shall prevail.

• The user is provided with the services on the understanding that they will abide by all terms, conditions, and notices contained in this User Agreement and T&C, as they may be posted from time to time on the website. The user should not make use of this website if he/she disagrees with any part of the website.

• Furthermore, the terms and conditions that apply to specific features, offers, or the operating principles and policies that apply to each Service may be provided by the Service Provider itself. The user is in charge of ensuring adherence to the terms and conditions of operating policies of the service provider with whom the user chooses to do business, including service provider’s fare rules, contract of carriage, or house rules.

• Fare Republic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any order submitted by a user through the website without providing a justification. Any agreement between Fare Republic and the user to provide a service is not finalized until the former has accepted the user’s full payment for the service.

• The user expresses and agrees that he has read and clearly understands the terms and conditions of this user agreement as well as Fare Republic’s Privacy Policy, both of which are provided on the website without modification.

PAYMENTS

All contracted services require an advance payment to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance can be paid before departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but it must be done before the start of the contracted services. Based on the type of service being provided and the amount of time left before the service begins, management personnel have the authority to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment.

In addition to the aforementioned, full payment may be required in advance for certain circumstances, such as special journeys and reservations at hotels or resorts made during peak season

MODE OF PAYMENT

Advance payments from abroad can be sent to our bank via wire transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the reservation due to any avoidable or unavoidable circumstances, you are required to inform about the same in writing as quickly as possible. The Cancellation charges would be levied on the reservations being cancelled as the intimation would be received regarding the same in writing.

The charges applicable would be as follows:

• 45 days before arrival: 10% of the service charge

• 15 days before arrival: 25% of the service charge

• 7 days before arrival: 50% of the service charge

• 2 days before arrival or no show: No refund

NOTE: Written cancellations will be accepted on working days only. Any cancellation request raised on Sunday would be considered on the following working day, i.e. Monday.

The refund or cancellation request will not be processed during Christmas and New Year period, i.e. from 20th December to 5th January.

If you decide to cancel your trip after it has begun, your refund options would be limited and would also depend on how much money could be reimbursed from the hotels and other service providers we use. We are not bound to provide a refund for unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.

LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

We do not guarantee the final amount to be fixed as the hikes in prices of various services (monuments entrance fee, taxi fee, fuel cost, guide charges, museum tickets) are dynamic and can be changed at the last moment. The customer is liable to pay the final amount as displayed to him/her at the time of making payment.

Fare Republic acts as a medium for providing services to the customers and catering to their needs as per their tastes and preferences. We have tied up with our service providers for hotels, car rentals and airlines to maximize clients’ satisfaction. All services provided by us are subject to their Terms and Conditions and customers are expected to read their terms and conditions beforehand to avoid confusions and doubts.

All the itineraries mentioned on our website are intended to give you a glimpse of our services and do not display any practical examples there. The trip schedules are subject to changes depending on the needs of the various factors that govern our itineraries, like the weather conditions, road conditions, and general well-being of the customers. Fare Republic reserves the right to make changes to the scheduled itineraries as the factors demand and the customer is expected to oblige by the same. The changes made would be in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, their comfort and well-being. The customer cannot claim any amount due to the changes made and is expected to follow the same.

We display the rates of hotels, airlines and car rentals according to the negotiations made with different service providers. The rates may vary as per the needs of the travel industry without prior notice. In such cases, we reserve the right to make changes to the quoted rates as deemed necessary according to the change made by the service providers. Until or unless mentioned in the itinerary, the usual check in and check out timing of the hotels would remain the same.

We do not stand liable for any of the unanticipated events like natural hazards (earthquakes, floods, Tsunamis, landslides, etc.), flight cancellation, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, transport issue, weather conditions, sickness, political dispute or any related event. Furthermore, we do not take charge of delays or alterations related to these events or the losses incurred due to them.

We advise our customers to take care of their belongings as well as themselves; we do not take responsibility for the accommodation, transportation, or other services related to itineraries or any losses, property, injury or damage to a person resulting from any act of God, dangers, accident, fire, theft, pilferages, epidemics, breakdown of machinery or equipment, transport failures, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, medical or custom regulations, defaults or other causes which lies beyond our control. Hence, we do not hold ourselves liable for the same.

We do not provide any insurance coverage to our customers nor do we provide claims for any expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, pilferage or any similar reason.  Customers are suggested to take insurance cover in their home country for any unpredictable losses or damages. Also, we do not take charge of the baggage or other belongings of the customer. The customer is in charge of their items at his/her sole discretion.
