Arbitration
The terms of use represent a valid agreement, Fare Republic may choose to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement offered in association with this agreement by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Any such dispute, controversy or claim decided by and referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by Fare Republic and by agreeing to the terms and conditions herein consent to the arbitration.
Wavier and Severability
No waiver of or by the Fare Republic of any terms and condition shall be deemed continuing waiver of such terms and condition or any other company’s waiver. Any waiver of any provision of this agreement will be effective if signed by Fare Republic.
Payment
Credit/Debit Cards 1.) Fare Republic accepts the payments made through the credit/debit cards issued in the USA, Canada, and several other countries. 2.) The multiple changes may be billed to the total amount that you will pay through your credit/debit card. 3.) If in case, the payment through your credit/debit card or any other mode of payment is not accepted, you will be notified about that within 24 hours. 4.) If in case airfare changes prior to the successful completion of the transaction, you will be notified of this change. Please note that you are free to accept or decline the transaction after have received the notification for the change. 5.) The bookings for car rentals and hotels are to be considered as confirmed only if you have received the confirmation details through email at the time of making a reservation.
